GAME SUBMISSION FORM

Instructions

Items flagged by a red asterisk (*) are mandatory; you must fill them in.

Some fields either prefer or require numbers. Those fields are marked with footnotes. A 1 means we would prefer a number in the field, but text can be entered. A 2 means a number must be entered. Entering text in one of these fields will result in an error on submission, and you'll probably have to fill out the entire form all over again.

Please do not use non-ASCII characters (curly quotes, accented characters, em-dashes, etc.) in your entry. Our database will not always display them properly.

We have four, five, six and seven hour slots. Please sign up for the slot with the most appropriate length for your game.

In order to get game selection priority for the game you are running, you must use the same first and last name as you registered for the convention with.

We generally try to run games in the GM's suite, so if you are a GM who does not like to do this, or can't use your room because of space issues or other conflicts, please contact us ASAP. We have limited convention space available to run in, and it will be distributed in a 'first come, first served' order.

Remember, GMs who run four or more slots will receive $20 worth of food certificates! For more information about the food certificates, check out the At the Con page.
