Tetkoru is a "moderate" in that he does not believe in sacrificing non-combatantsto the flame.

Warriors, absolutely. Buildings, certainly. Whole city blocks, potentially. Losing chlen-race competitors, whenever possible. Civilians, no.

These fine distinctions are how one lives with one's self in a time of strife and civil war.

That said, while crusing the planes via nexus points, our party did encounter alternates of Tetkoru and his combustibles-carrying slave, both enfeebled old men, wandering the streets of a ruined Jakalla, looking forsomethingleft to burn. Or were those the real Tetkoru and slave, neither of whom have been seen by the PCs since getting unceremoniously slurped through a nexus point months back?
